HUNTINGDON CO, Pa (WJAC) — Lincoln Caverns in Huntingdon County is set to reopen again. Owners say the caverns lost a lot of business during the mandated closures caused by the spread of COVID-19. Now, they're offering cave tours, while still following the current social distancing guidelines. Masks are required, and will be provided, along with gloves. There will also be a full sanitation protocol in place within the cave and the gift shop.

Centre Co., PA (WJAC) — Authorities in Centre County say a Bellefonte man was sentenced to prison time Thursday for his role in a domestic-related shooting last June. District Attorney Bernie Cantorna confirmed that 28-year-old Kyle Hockenberry will serve 3 to 8 years in state prison after pleading guilty to charges of aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and making terroristic threats. Hockenberry was initially charged with attempted homicide in early June after police say he shot another man during an altercation at a residence in Worth Township.

A contract negotiation meeting was held early Friday in Windber for union employees of the Johnstown Lockheed Martin facility. Employees reached out to us last week to express concerns over their new contract and the figures they were offered. According to documents obtained by 6 News, our local Lockheed facility has one of the lowest salary rates in the company. 6 News spoke with one of the employees about his concerns.

Johnstown, PA (WJAC) — Most people know about physical therapy for a broken arm or a bad back, but you might not have heard of physical therapy for your "pelvic floor." It's called "pelvic physical therapy" and there's a new practice for it in the Johnstown area. Delsignore Core & Pelvic Health held a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house on Monday at its facility along Goucher Street. It's a place where both men and women can come to address their pelvic health related concerns, from urinary leakage and pain with intercourse, to post-prostate surgery and post-partum care.

A pastor at Solid Rock Church filed the complaint with Myrtle Beach Police Dept. on May 1 regarding a slew of social media posts and messages directed at the church following 30-year-old Mica Miller's passing.

Altoona, PA (WJAC) — Altoona police say a Blair County man is facing charges after being accused of stabbing another man during a fight over the weekend. According to the affidavit, police were dispatched to the area of 4D's bar early Sunday morning for a report of a stabbing in progress. Police say the victim was found laying on the ground, near Hudson Ave., with multiple witnesses attempting to provide medical aid to him.

CLEARFIELD, Pa. (WJAC) — Several Clearfield County inmates and a woman are facing charges after trying to smuggle contraband into the jail through a hole in one of the prison’s walls, according to a criminal complaint. Authorities say the inmates used a metal piece from a broken cot to dig a hole in the mortar under a window in one of the cells that was used as a bathroom. The hole was dug deep enough to reach the outside, the complaint says.
