Former Blair County CO accused of sexually abusing teen girl

BLAIR COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — Authorities in Blair County say a former corrections officer is behind bars following an investigation into allegations that he had sexually abused a teenage girl. Police say in late January, the victim disclosed that she had reportedly been in a "sexual relationship" with a corrections officer at the Blair County Prison. Investigators say the man was later identified as 24-year-old John Mollica, of Roaring Spring.

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission said the investigation was launched after a flood of complaints on April 29, which stemmed from a viral video by Wavy Boats on YouTube and Instagram capturing the incident near the Boca Raton Inlet. The footage was taken during Boca Bash 2024 on April 28, showing two young boaters discarding large amounts of trash into the water before heading back to the event.

Man accused of stalking two women for years, including one since she was in HS

CLEARFIELD COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — Authorities in Clearfield County say a Pennsylvania man is facing charges following an investigation into allegations that he repeatedly stalked two women for several years. Police say the investigation began in April when officers were dispatched to the Clearfield County courthouse after the man reportedly left coffee and personalized cards for two female employees of the Clearfield County Probation Department. Investigators say both women told police that the man, identified as 57-year-old Philip Cmor, of Glasgow, had been repeatedly stalking and harassing them for multiple years.
